Abstract:
造血幹細胞は、一生涯に渡りあらゆる成熟血液細胞を供給し続ける組織幹細胞と定義づけられる。これまでの研究により、すべての造血幹細胞は
Lineage-c-Kit+Sca-1+CD150+CD34-/loFlk2-分画に存在することが実験的に証明されている。
しかしながら、これまで造血幹細胞の単離の成功例は報告されていない。今回、我々は造血幹細胞の単離を可能にする系を開発した。
